Hawaiian Honeymoon Photos
Well, we did it. We’re officially married. It was perfect, thanks to all our friends and family. Both of us agree that it could not have gone over any better. But since we don’t have our photos back yet, I’ll save that story for a future post. That way we can use photo illustrations as we recap the stand-out moments from our wedding festivities… of which we had many.
For now we’re going to jump out of order and post all of our honeymoon photos first. As many of you know, we flew to Honolulu and then boarded the Norwegian Pride of Hawaii cruise ship. It took us between the islands of Oahu, Maui, Hawaii (The Big Island), and Kauai. Without getting overly long-winded, let’s just say it was unbelievable; the best vacation ever! It was the perfect ending to a perfect wedding. If you haven’t been to the Hawaiian Islands, start planning you next vacation now. Everything you’ve heard is true. The islands are truly a tropical utopia… and that’s coming from a couple who grew up in south Florida.
From the breathtaking beaches of Kauai’s north shore to the waterfalls of Maui and Hilo, and from the surreal backdrops of the Na Pali coast to watching the sun rise as we stood above the clouds on top of Mount Haleakala… the Hawaiian Islands provide endless visual stimulation. Since there are absolutely no poisonous snakes in Hawaii, unguided exploration through the tropical wilderness can be very enticing, which is precisely how we rolled.
