Your articles are always so helpful and right on! I need to memorize some of them and need a constant reminder. My ruminations cause such a depression. I will invest in my health, start over and over again if I have to and stop making up excuses to “do it later” because later has never come, until today! Thank you!

Hi, lots of good advice…my needs are a little different. I need to be kinder, more gentle, more forgiving to me. Yes, goals are definitely important, results are by far a reward. But right now, this moment, I need to reflect, meditate, review, what I need this year … not as a goal, but as a journey!! Thank you.

I’m so glad I checked my email today and saw the message that linked to this blog post. Such a thought-provoking read in preparation for the upcoming New Year. I especially appreciate the balance you convey between bullet points 9 and 10. I really need to schedule more time for those who matter most to me, and one of those people is ME. I’m putting a plan in action for 2019 to make this happen.

Thanks to you both! Bad habits are hard to break, but the initial discomfort is worth the final outcome. Looking forward to a 2019 filled with positivity.

We were just explaining this to our 12-year-old yesterday. If “it” were easy, everyone would do it. ?? – Megan

What I am taking out of the 19 Points is that I need to be kinder to myself to be better in 2019, giving myslef time for myself.

Point # 16, while I agree with you on Forgiving people, I am of a strong opinion that you should never forget the act. There is a fine line of difference here, not forgetting is a critical trait to learning from the past. Otherwise, found the article pretty neat and useful – thinking of following some of the things in 2019!

On #12: At the moment, I’m battling a mild head cold and wondering how much extra rest I really need for timely recovery. In sickness or in health, my worst false belief (#1) is “nothing has any value until it’s complete and finished”: either a new program delivers instant results or it’s useless, either a goal is achieved perfectly and ahead of deadline or all progress is invalidated, even leisure activities are to be rushed through and checked off a list.

One of the things that you’ve mentioned in your articles is to count your blessings. I have been BLESSED by You (plural). I could not have survived this year without your practical advice.
May God Bless you abundantly for all you do for all of us.

I have told my daughters that Life is an exercise in problem solving with Happiness found beneath the cracks. Your task is to solve your problems and find the cracks. Also, the most important word in the English language is “No”.

I am grateful to have above summarized points with agreed what said.
We have to make a list of our intentions, desires and look at this list before we go into silence, to sleep at night and when we wake up in the morning.
Once again thanks to Marc and Angel.
with warm regards.
