Our Thoughts and Writing

Here at “Marc and Angel Hack Life” our goal is to help YOU think better, feel better, and live better.  We do our best to fulfill this goal by writing three fresh (and hopefully insightful), personal development articles every week to give you the tools you need to thrive.  We promise you will not find a regurgitation of someone else’s point of view on our site.  Regardless of the topic at hand, these views are our own.

This site also contains our outlook and opinions on noteworthy events and people in and around our lives.  We discuss the ever-changing fluctuations in our attitude toward past decisions and future goals.  Some days it feels certain that we’re headed down the right path, and other times we feel completely misplaced.  It’s a continual evolution of highs and lows characterized by the balancing of family, friends, work, desires, and aspirations.

Dancing around this immeasurable playground, our thoughts, dreams, and ingenuity create the groundwork for our forward drive.  There’s a long string of experiences and ideas that design a lifestyle we persistently attempt to reconcile in an effort to make more significant.  As we react over the past and dream about our future together, we begin to understand who we are and where we intend to go.  Our life presses forth as we stumble over the balance of simplicity and extravagant ambition.  “Marc and Angel Hack Life” serves as a repository of advice based on some of our life experiences.

    Bonjour à vous deux.

Many Thanks for your work and your inspiring posts. At this time of the year, I just want to say how grateful I am to you two. I like very much to receive your new posts in the mail. I can’t say that I read them all, but when I do, I appreciate your dedication to the «cause» of happiness and see the research you must accomplish to deliver such useful articles.

I also have a blog with my wife Mary (in French) and love to work with her on delivering articles that can help people who are in the process of making change in their life. So, again, many thanks and Happy Holidays.

    Take care.
    Marc Vachon, psychologue

    Hi Marc and Angel,
I am recovering from a head trauma and it is taking quite some time. As my health improves I have been developing new habits that will serve my life a positive way. Returning back to work recently, a coworker told me about you. Watching your introduction video this morning brought tears to my eyes. I especially like what you said about courage, being the quite voice in our head that says “I will try again tomorrow.” Being the morning of the day, tomorrow is now and it is time to see what today’s courage will bring! I am looking forward to the day and following your inspirational words. Thank you for being in the world.
